Gibson CS-336 - 2005
This
is William's main guitar. I was after an ES-335 for Blues and Jerry @
Music City here in Asheville, NC. had me try this. I was sold
in
an
instant. It has a glassy slick neck that sounds and plays
like a Les Paul but a bit warmer. I
will never, ever get rid of this guitar.
Gibson
Les Paul Ltd. - 2004
This
has an ebony fretboard with a 50's rounded neck that fits a beefy hand
like a glove. The burstbucker pro pickups turn this into a flame maple
tone
machine.
Ernie
Ball/Music Man
Silhouette - 1990
We
could write two pages describing how much we love this guitar. Smooth,
compact, perfect beautiful birdseye maple neck, that fits your hand
and
body just right. The sound is extremely versitle. Far,
far from your average Stratocaster.
It is our main recording guitar and the one we pick up first.
Fender Custom
Shop Telecaster - 2006
This is an example of how great Fender's Custom shop is these days. We special ordered this. Buttery smooth bird's eye maple neck, ash body with nitro cellulose. All the twang that it's supposed to have. This was a 9 month wait and worth every second.
Larrivee LV-05 MH
This is Anne's performance guitar. Chimey in the highs and wonderful bass tones. What a great company Larrivee has developed. Anne picked up every guitar in the shop and nothing else was even close. Anne had the Bagg's pickup installed. We would have never guessed that we could get this clarity and richness from a body of all mahogany with looks to boot.
